The impact of camp is widespread and life-changing. If you have been to Camp Hebron, you know that it is a special place where guests connect with God, nature, and each other in a unique way. We invite you to partner with us in bringing more people to experience the joy of camp. If you are passionate about Camp Hebron’s mission, we encourage you to help us by taking part in the P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador Program.
P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassadors
Promote
Share social media posts on Facebook & Instagram.
Comment on social media posts & tag friends.
Write reviews & recommendations for Camp Hebron.
Attend free community events to promote camp.
Refer
Provide Camp Hebron with a list of friends who are potential campers or guests.
Send a personal e-blast to your network of friends.
Notify family & friends of Camp Hebron events they may be interested in attending.
Attend
Attend a minimum of one Camp Hebron event each year. This can be in a variety of capacities such as volunteering, attending a retreat, speaking, coming as a resource person, joining a committee, etc.
Why Camp Hebron?
Share your story with your community about how God has used Camp Hebron in your life & why you are a P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador.
Collaborate with Camp Hebron staff to feature your story on social media & the blog.
Engage
Engage your local church by hosting an event at Sunday morning service, Sunday school, youth group, MOPS, small groups, children’s program, etc.
Follow our guidelines in preparation for your event to make it as successful as possible.
Recruit
Recruit summer staffers, volunteers, association members, donors, speakers, & worship bands.
Accompany Camp Hebron staff to recruiting events when applicable.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing you with the resources you need to spread the word about Camp Hebron. Below are the commitments that we have made to come alongside you.
Promotional Materials
Provide digital content for Instagram, Facebook, & PowerPoint slides.
Supply promotional materials such as postcards, brochures, & booklets.
Event Hosting Guidelines
Provide a timeline for the preparation of hosting a church event.
Prepare a box with all necessary items to set up a display.
Communication
Send out monthly registration number updates.
Answer any questions & guide you through the P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador Program.
Our Thank You
Each P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador level consists of an incentive as our way of saying thank you and the number of action steps needed to earn that gift. Action steps mostly include what is listed under the P.R.A.Y.E.R. facets on pages 3 and 4 but a complete and detailed list can be found below.
Level One P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador
Complete at least 4 action steps.
Receive a gift shop item valued at $15 or less!
Level Two P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador
Complete at least 6 action steps, one of which must include attending a Camp Hebron event.
Receive a gift shop item valued at $20 or less!
Level Three P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador
Complete at least 8 action steps, which must include attending a Camp Hebron event and hosting a church event.
Actively engage in all 6 aspects of the P.R.A.Y.E.R. Ambassador Program on a year-round basis.
Receive a free stay at Camp Hebron (limitations apply).
