We are excited to announce Curtiss Kanagy as the speaker for Family Camp V. Curtiss currently serves as Sr. Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church in Madison, Maine. Previously, he has served as a Camp Hebron summer staff, program director, board member and as a Family Camp Pastor. Maine has been a great place to raise his family and for him to incorporate his love for nature in his everyday life. His wife, Robin, is an Occupational Therapist and they have two children, a son Wynn (16) and daughter Breanna (13). The spiritual theme for the week will launch off of the big idea that “God’s preferred future runs through our past.” We will take a look at our spiritual pilgrimage and how it has influenced where we are currently and where we are going. From the very beginning, God has set into motion His awesome plan of redemption, which calls us to journey with Him as a child of the King!

Our key verse for the week is 2 Corinthians 4:7 (ESV) “But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us.”
