Ingredients | Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 cups raw diced apples
- Topping - 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix Crisco and sugar
- Blend in eggs
- mix together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda in separate bowl
- Add sour milk and apples
- Put in a cake pan
Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Pour topping over cake mixture and bake for 1 hour.
